Hands down the best pressure cooker has to be the Instant Pot. Even if you don’t cook or have never owned one, I’m sure you’ve heard of these. And that’s because they are the best.
The Instant Pot is technically a “multi-cooker” which means it has a bunch of settings to cook a multitude of things. It is said that the InstantPot can replace up to SEVEN appliances.
It can act as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté pan, yogurt maker and warmer 😱
Pressure cookers are not used as often as other appliances, but they should be! Don’t just take my word for it; it has over 60,000 reviews on Amazon!
Check out this very extensive review on the Instant Pot from a happy customer. She notes:
“I didn’t fully appreciate, until several days in, just how amazing this aspect of the Instant Pot is: you can start something cooking in it, and then *walk away* – even leave the house, and it will finish cooking just like you instructed, and be *perfectly done*, and then it will *keep it warm for up to 10 hours*! Not keep cooking it, just *keep it warm*. For up to 10 hours!”
